Pre-RoadTrip

Everything you need to know before taking part in RoadTrip — from whether it’s right for your brand, to booking, retailer selection, logistics, and how your products will be showcased on tour.

  • What is RoadTrip, and why should I consider it?

RoadTrip is an innovative, mobile retail showroom that brings your products directly to the buyers — no travel, trade shows, or guesswork required. It’s perfect for emerging brands wanting to test new markets or get real buyer feedback quickly, cost-effectively, and without the headache of logistics. Imagine your products being handled, tasted, and explored by key decision-makers — all from a low-cost, no-brainer setup designed for small teams.

  • Who is RoadTrip for?

Ideal for brands that want to:

    • Test new markets with minimal risk
    • Reach buyers without sending a full sales team on the road
    • Connect with multiple retailers quickly
    • Validate products with real buyer feedback
    • Explore international regions without paying for flights, hotels, or trade show fees
  • How do I book a RoadTrip tour?

Once your spot is booked, our team will guide you through every step: shipping instructions, customs requirements, product setup, and all the details for a smooth showcase in each market. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on your products.

  • Can I choose which retailers see my products?

Yes! Before the tour, you’ll receive a list of the retailers in your target market. You can opt out of any retailer you don’t want to be shown to — but this has to be done before the tour starts.

  • How much shelf space will my products get?

Each brand typically gets around 50cm x 50cm of shelving in the mobile showroom, professionally merchandised to showcase your products effectively.

  • How do I send my products?

Depending on the number of markets you’ve chosen, you’ll need to send your samples to the local hub in each region. You’re responsible for handling customs or import/export requirements, but our team provides guidance on all logistics.
