Post-RoadTrip

What happens once the tour wraps up — how buyer interest is shared, how follow-ups work, and how you turn RoadTrip exposure into real retail conversations and next steps.

  •  Can I participate in multiple RoadTrip tours?

Absolutely! RoadTrip is a fantastic way to break into new markets, test products, and gather feedback without the costs or disruption of travel. Our All-Inclusive Tours package is always cheaper than participating in each individual market separately, making it a smart investment for growth and market exploration.

  • What happens after the RoadTrip tour finishes?

At the end of the tour, all activity is consolidated in your Product Guru dashboard. You’ll be able to see which retailers your products were presented to, who engaged with them, and where feedback or interest was logged — giving you full visibility without chasing updates.

  • Will I know which retailers saw my products versus who left feedback?

Yes. You’ll see exactly which retailers your products were taken to during the tour, and which buyers actively engaged by leaving feedback or expressing interest. This distinction helps you understand exposure versus genuine traction.

  • How will I know if a buyer is genuinely interested?

Genuine buyer interest is captured directly in the app and shared with you at the end of the tour. This includes clear commercial signals — such as interest in ranging, pricing, listings, or next steps — so you’re only following up where there’s real intent.

  • What triggers the Success Fee?

The Success Fee is only charged when a retailer confirms they want to engage further with you commercially. Browsing, viewing, or general feedback does not trigger a fee — you only pay for real, buyer-led interest.

  • How does follow-up with buyers work after RoadTrip?

Once a buyer expresses interest, you’ll be notified through the Product Guru platform and invited to continue the conversation there. This keeps follow-ups structured, relevant, and fully tracked — saving time on both sides.

  • Can I contact buyers directly after the tour?

Brands can only follow up when a buyer has expressed interest. This protects buyer relationships and ensures every conversation starts with genuine intent, not cold outreach.

  • What kind of feedback will I receive?

Buyers leave structured digital feedback, including interest level, comments, and rationale. Even when interest isn’t immediate, this insight is designed to help you refine your product, positioning, or market approach.

  • What if multiple buyers express interest?

That’s ideal. Each buyer interaction is logged individually, allowing you to manage multiple follow-ups at your own pace and prioritise opportunities based on fit, market, or readiness.

  • What if no buyers express interest?

If no buyers confirm genuine interest, no Success Fees are charged. You’ll still gain valuable market exposure and insight to inform your next steps — whether that’s adjusting your proposition or targeting a different region.

  • Can I use RoadTrip insights to plan future tours?

Absolutely. Many brands use RoadTrip as a testing ground — then book additional tours to explore new regions, export opportunities, or different retail channels. You can also rebook the same tour if it’s the right strategic fit.

  • Why trust Product Guru to manage post-event connections?
