These FAQs cover everything you need to know about how the RoadTrip experience works in your office, so you can make the most of your hands-on discovery.

  • How does it work on the day 

RoadTrip is designed to be quick, hands-on, and highly effective: 

    • Brands showcase their products inside our mobile pop-up store, located in your office headquarters 
    • You can taste, test, and handle products in your category 
    • Try, taste and evaluate the products in your category, give feedback and follow up with those you’re interested in 
  • How much time will it take? 

We ask for just 30–60 minutes of your time to explore the products in your category. It’s focused product discovery without disrupting your day. 

  • How is feedback captured? 

Every product interaction is recorded in our RoadTrip app. You can indicate your interest, provide notes, and highlight products you want to follow up with. It’s structured, simple, and ensures brands receive actionable insights. 

  • Can I have a meeting with a brand? 

Yes! If a product sparks your interest, you can schedule a follow-up meeting. This can be through the app, via normal video call, or using our hologram technology — we bring the device to your headquarters, so it’s like meeting the brand without the travel. Please bear in mind that brands are charged a ‘success fee' for genuine retailer interest, so we ask that you keep every interaction with brands within the app.  

  • What counts as “genuine interest”? 

To trigger a brand’s success fee, the interaction must reflect real commercial interest — discussing product range, minimum orders, pricing, or scheduling a follow-up. Simply asking one question or browsing a product won’t count. This ensures we are able to run RoadTrip at a lower price for challenger brands, giving them access to major retailers like yours.
