A quick buyer overview for our Huddle events

What is Huddles?

New to 2022, our In Person Huddle is a boutique exhibition where you can see up to 30 brands live in person in a speed dating style each with their own stand to showcase their products. You will be able to speak directly to brands and ask any questions you may have face to face. 

How do I book on?

Now that you've found an event that is perfect for your Buying Category, you can join this easily by selecting Huddles on the left hand of your dashboard. Once here, select Book Event under the one you'd like to join us at! 

You will be brought to the next page where you will be asked for contact and event information.

As you can see in the above screenshot, you have the option to add another attendee from your company.

What happens after I book?

Once you've completed your booking, you'll automatically be enrolled in our onboarding program. You'll receive various updates on the event, including details about the hotel, venue and the event itself. Additionally, we kindly ask you to fill out a brief form prior to the event, providing us with necessary booking information for the hotel and event registration.

Two weeks before the event, you'll receive a copy of your hotel booking confirmation, along with a check-in email to ensure you have everything you need.

How does the Huddle event work?

The evening prior to the Huddle, we extend an invitation for you to stay with us at the event hotel. We host an evening social event, offering an opportunity for both retailers and suppliers to mingle. It's a perfect chance to unwind and connect with some brands on a more personal level before the main event.

During your stay at the hotel, you're welcome to enjoy complimentary dinner and breakfast courtesy of our team.

Our Product Guru platform is designed to be mobile-friendly, providing an efficient way for you to manage your interactions during and after the event. Through your account, you can favourite products, take notes and photos and even request samples.

Additionally, a detailed event schedule will be available from the evening prior, enabling you to stay organised and keep track of your meetings.

The event kicks off at 9:00am and concludes around 4pm, with two comfort breaks and a lunch break scheduled throughout the day. We'll ensure that refreshments, snacks and lunch are all provided for your convenience.

What's next?

Once the event has taken place, any follow up meetings can be scheduled directly on the platform.
