What to expect while RoadTrip is on the move — how buyers interact with your products, how feedback is captured, how interest is measured, and what happens when retailers want to take the conversation further.

  • Do I need to attend in person? 

Not at all! Your products will be showcased in our mobile showroom for buyers to see, taste, and interact with. If a buyer wants to meet you personally, we can set up a virtual meeting through our hologram technology, making it feel like you’re there in person — without the travel costs. 

  • What kind of feedback will I get? 

Each buyer completes structured digital feedback via our app — including interest level, reasons, and comments. You’ll get insights to understand what resonates and what might need tweaking. 

  • How does the Success Fee work? 

     

We’ll securely hold your card details and only charge you when a retailer notifies us that they want to reach out because they’re genuinely interested in your products. You only pay for real buyer engagement — no guesswork, no wasted spend. 

  • What if multiple buyers want to engage? 

     

Of course — that’s the point! Multiple buyers can express interest, and you’ll be notified individually through the app. You can then schedule follow-ups at your convenience. 

  • Can I follow up with buyers after the tour? 

     

Brands can only follow up if the buyer has expressed interest. If a buyer wants to learn more, you’ll be notified in the app with all the details you need to continue the conversation.
