  • What happens after the event? 

After the Huddle, all follow-up meetings and communications are handled through the Product Guru platform. You can: 

    • Review products and samples 
    • Send messages to brands 
    • Track and manage sample requests 
    • Share insights with your team 

  • How do I request samples or additional info from brands? 

     

On the platform, select Request Sample or Message Sender for a product. Brands will respond to your requests, and all communication is private and tracked. 

  • Can I share products or decisions with my team? 

     

Absolutely! Use the shortlist and folder functions to save products, share with colleagues, rate them as a group, and even discuss via group chat before contacting the supplier. 

  • How do I track my sample requests? 

     

All sample requests are visible on your dashboard. You can follow up with suppliers directly through the platform and mark items as received to help streamline their process.
