How many buyers will I meet?
The number of buyers you will meet depends on your chosen package/tier:

- Insights: 4–5 buyers (coaching-style session)

- Pronto: Half of the buyers for a half-day session

- Premium: All buyers for a full-day session

- HOLO: All buyers remotely via holographic technology
The number of total buyers depends on the category, typically raging between 15 and 20. If you want to participate in one of our Huddles, our Brand Success team will help you select the perfect tier for your brand's goals and stage of growth.

What categories are covered?
Huddles are category-specific, covering industries such as Food & Drink, Health & Wellness, Pet, Beauty & Personal Care, Alcoholic Drinks, and more. You’ll be matched with buyers actively looking for products in your category.

What’s included in the fee?
Depending on the tier you join us in, your fee covers:

- Scheduled buyer meetings

- Pre-event guidance from our Brand Success team

- Booth setup, including shelving, chairs, table and anything you might need to impress the buyers (within reason!)

- Evening networking event with complementary drinks and entertainment (Premium tier only). A fun, relaxed event to break the ice, get to know the buyers and fellow brands and get the formalities out of the way in preparation for the big day.

- Lunch (Premium tier). Our lunch is not an afterthought, it is a warm, varied and fueling meal to support you through all that brain power you’re using during the day.

- Access to the Product Guru platform for post-event follow-up, with contact details of each buyer you’ve met.

Will I know which buyers I’ll be meeting?
Yes, we can provide a list of confirmed buyers in your category before the Huddle, so you can prepare and tailor your pitch. Your exact meeting schedule is sent 24 hours before the event via the platform. After the Huddle, we also share contact details for the buyers you met, making it easy to follow up and turn conversations into lasting retail opportunities.

Will I receive information about the venue beforehand?
Yes. Before the event, you’ll receive our Exhibitor Manual, which includes everything you need — venue details, parking information, timings, the evening social agenda, and more. Keep an eye on your inbox!

What if I’m an international brand and can’t attend in person?
Our HOLO tier allows you to present your products remotely using cutting-edge holographic technology. Our team handles all setup and equipment, so you get the same exposure as in-person brands, minus the travel. Cool, right?

Why can’t I get a full list of buyers attending months in advance?
Huddles are carefully curated to maximize value for both brands and buyers. We build the buyer panels at the same time as we confirm brand participation, ensuring that every buyer attending is actively seeking products like yours. This approach guarantees meaningful, qualified meetings — instead of sharing a static list month in advance, we focus on creating the most relevant connections for your category.
